VISA, MasterCard or EuroCard are accepted. If you pay by credit
card electronically through the web, you must also send by
telefax or airmail your credit card information and signature on
the form supplied on the web. If you register using the enclosed
printed registration form and wish to use a credit card, please
submit your credit card number including the three last digits
on the signature panel (on the back side of the card) and the
expiry date on your personally signed registration form to
enable the transaction. |

Confirmation
Upon
receipt of the Registration Form and payment, confirmation will
be sent to the participant by e-mail, telefax or airmail.
Cancellation
of registration
Notification
of cancellation must be made in writing (e-mail, telefax or
airmail) to the Congress Secretariat. Participants who cancel
their registration by 15 May 2002 will receive a full
reimbursement deducted by a cancellation fee of EUR 100. No
reimbursements will be made for cancellations received after 15
May 2002. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival,
unused services, unattended events or early departure from the
Congress. |
