A visa is required for this tour.

in order to obtain a visa. For your visa application, you will need an invitation
letter from Russia, which will be sent to you after you have registered
and paid for the tour. Visa costs are not included in the tour price. Please
remember to book hotel accommodation in Helsinki for the additional night
after the tour (19-20 July) through the Congress Secretariat.
The tour will be organised if a
minimum of 10 persons will participate.
